REHOUSING OVG REAL ESTATE
The New OVG Headquarters at The Edge. OVG Real Estate's new headquarters at The Edge aimed to be a healthy, smart, and circular lifestyle workspace. The goal was to create a creative environment where work, health, effort, and relaxation are harmoniously aligned in one of the world's most sustainable office buildings. The design emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, uniqueness, and 'smart' working, moving away from traditional working methods.
On behalf of OVG Real Estate and in collaboration with D/Dock, we executed the complete project management. This included:
- Developing a Spatial and Functional Program: Establishing the requirements for space and functionality to meet the needs of the organization.
- Design and Implementation Oversight: Managing the design and realization phases to ensure alignment with the project goals.
- Contract Formation: Handling contract negotiations and agreements.
- Facility Management: Overseeing facility operations and management aspects.
- Integration of Smart Technologies: Full integration of all "smart" building technologies to enhance functionality and efficiency.
