STEP 1: PLAN

Getting to know you 

We listen, ask questions, and collaborate with you. This process helps us get to the core purpose of your vision. The outcome of this initiation phase is typically a concrete project plan. Once the project plan is reviewed and accepted, the project officially begins.

How Do We Achieve Success?

• Digging Deeper: Asking probing questions where others might stop.
• Activating Specific Knowledge: Bringing in specialized knowledge from our network.
• Defining Success and KPIs: Clearly defining the scope for success and associated performance metrics (KPIs).
• Establishing Clear Organization & Measurable Planning: Setting up a clear organizational structure and a measurable plan.
• Providing a Transparent Financial Overview: Presenting a true and honest financial narrative.

STEP 2: THU

Getting things done

Start small, think big, and act swiftly. Make significant progress quickly with a small team and minimal costs. We call this agile working. The outcome of this definition phase is usually a finalized list of requirements and wishes, accompanied by a preliminary design. This requirements list serves as the benchmark for the project results, against which the project team will be evaluated. After review and acceptance of the definition phase, we move on to Phase 3: the Design Phase.

• Collaborate Smartly: Work effectively through our network organization.
• Implement Design Sprints: Use design sprints to rapidly iterate and refine ideas.
• Foster Ownership: Ensure team members take full ownership of their tasks and responsibilities.

Our approach ensures that we make substantial progress efficiently and lay a strong foundation for the subsequent design and implementation phases.

STEP 3: CHECK

Testing 

We’ve entered the design phase. Each design phase (preliminary design, detailed design, and final design) concludes with a demo, summary, or evaluation of the phase results. These results must meet the project outcomes defined in Step 2. After all, nobody likes unexpected surprises, right?

Before we proceed to the next design phase, each (sub)phase is concluded with a Go/No-Go decision after review and acceptance. This approach allows you to:

• Make Timely Decisions: Take strategic, tactical, and/or operational decisions as needed.
• Adjust Proactively: Make adjustments as required based on the outcomes of each phase.
• Communicate Additional Needs: Clearly identify and communicate any additional requirements in a timely manner.

This structured approach ensures that each phase meets the project's objectives and provides you with the flexibility to address any emerging needs or changes..

STEP 4 + 5: ACT & SUPPORT

Build & Support

The construction phase has begun. Once we receive a final Go on the execution design (UO) from Step 3 and the selection and awarding process yields a positive outcome, we can start with the actual implementation. This is when the project becomes tangible and visible.

Does our collaboration end once the project is completed? Not for us. We value long-term customer satisfaction and relationships. Mutual evaluations and feedback are crucial, they benefit both parties. We do not shy away from our responsibilities and remain available as a resource, sounding board, or service partner during the post-construction phase.

Our commitment to you doesn’t stop at project delivery. We ensure ongoing support and are here to assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
