Basisweg 10, directly located on the A10, will be transformed into one of the key cornerstones of Sloterdijk into a sustainable, healthy, smart, and inspiring work and living environment for future office users.

In mid-June, we were asked by OVG Real Estate to assist with the Preliminary Design and interim transaction management with Alliander. This project represents an investment by all involved parties in the livability of the emerging urban district of Sloterdijk.

OVG & Alliander are developing an energy-positive building, where surplus energy will be returned to the immediate surroundings. This will involve the latest technological innovations. Both Alliander and OVG share the ambition to create a healthy, circular, and energy-positive environment. The office building will cover almost 50,000 sqm, with 25,500 sqm leased to Alliander.
