Coolsingel 120 as a cornerstone of the newly to be developed Coolsingel.

In mid-January 2016, we were asked by OVG Real Estate (EDGE Technologies since 2018) to assist with developing a conceptual design, conducting a due diligence investigation (planning, legal, financial, technical), and helping to establish a purchase agreement with the current owner and a partnership and lease agreement with an undisclosed client.

In collaboration with a team of leading consultants, we tackled this joint challenge. This collaboration resulted in a smart, healthy, and future-proof design.
