DUE DILIGENCE ABN AMRO

Due diligence research for the former ABN AMRO headquarters at Kneuterdijk 8, The Hague, commissioned by VORM Development.

The distinctive (office) building, designed by architect Ir. H.F. Mertens in 1923, features 7 floors, a public parking garage with 87 parking spaces, and an adjacent service residence.

In March 2017, VORM Development approached us to assist in preparing a bid for the purchase and transformation of the former ABN AMRO headquarters at Kneuterdijk 8, The Hague, into a hotel concept with residential units.

We supported VORM by conducting a planning, financial, and technical due diligence study.
