EYE Real Estate supports VORM Development as Interim Developer in the Redevelopment of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment.
From mid-March to November 2017, we supported VORM development in the redevelopment of the former headquarters of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment in The Hague. The distinctive office building, designed by Herman Hertzberger, spans 69,000 sgm and is located in the Laan van Nieuw-Oost Indië station area. The building will be transformed over the coming years into a healthy, sustainable, and inspiring environment for living, working, and leisure. The redevelopment is a collaboration between VORM Development and MRP Development (MRP SOZA B.V.).
As an interim developer, EYE Real Estate, in cooperation with all involved parties, played a significant role in structuring and professionalizing the development process and various agreements. With this phase now complete, the project teams from both companies will take over the further design and implementation. We wish VORM Ontwikkeling and MRP Development much success with the continued planning.
