Energy-Neutral Apartments at Ariënschool on Duurstedenlaan in Utrecht
In collaboration with bkpunt architectuur, bbn adviseurs, adviesbureau DWA, and a private investor, EYE Real Estate participated in the public tender for the acquisition of the former Ariënschool in Utrecht. The goal of the purchase was to transform the former Ariënschool into 8 healthy, circular, and gas-free urban loft apartments for rent. This aligns with the theme of 'healthy urban living.'
Unfortunately, the Municipality of Utrecht decided to award the project to another party. Despite this setback, we are proud and grateful for the enjoyable and innovative design and acquisition process with all involved parties.
